Roberto Rinaldini
Head Judge
After finishing the training at a hotel school, Roberto Rinaldini started working in one of the best hotels along the Romagnolo Riviera but his “love at first sight” with pastries began when he was looking at photographs of World Pastry Championship in a famous catering magazine. From that precise moment Rinaldini knew what direction his life would take.
Rinaldini won the Italian Junior Pastry Championship in 1996. He also represented Italy in many significant competitions. In February 2016, Rinaldini led the Italy Team and won the French Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris, France.
In 2014, Rinaldini created Junior Pastry Chef, a pastry school dedicated to nurture young pastry chefs between 6 and 12. He is also the founder of Casa Rinaldini.
