Filippo Falciola


Talented pastry chef Filippo Falciola has been working in the baking arts sector for over 10 years gaining important experience in various laboratories and pastry shops throughout Italy.

He spent his time in CAST Alimenti where he perfected and refined his profession alongside chefs and masters of extensive experience and professionalism. The level of expertise Falciola has acquired, has allowed him to become an instructor of the school in a short period of time for high education courses in pastry and pastry courses for restaurants and hotels.

Falciola is also the Secondary Executive Manager of CAST Alimenti for the management of courses, events, trade fairs and competitions.
