The First Pastry Finale for a World Class Competition to take place in Asia.

Originally initiated by L’Ecole Valrhona,  Chocolate Chef Competition (C3) is open to pastry chefs working in restaurants seeking particular recognition in the art of plated desserts.

Under the international presidency of a notorious chef, this 5.5 hours live and public chocolate dessert competition will have 8 candidates prepare one chocolate plated dessert and an afternoon tea display in front of 2 different judges.

A panel of pastry chefs will judge the work, skills, organisation in the kitchen and a panel of awarded celebrity chefs de cuisine & pastry chefs to mark the preparation on taste and presentation.

The top 3 teams will be automatically qualified for the World Pastry Cup Held in Lyon, France.
