ASIAN JUNIOR PASTRY CUP

The inaugural Asian Junior Pastry Cup carries the mission of providing a training ground for younger generation of pastry chefs in Asia, igniting their creativity and interest in culinary art and pastry.

The inaugural Asian Junior Pastry Cup carries the mission of providing a training ground for younger generation of pastry chefs in Asia, igniting their creativity and interest in culinary art and pastry as well as pre-selecting the top 3 Asian teams to Juniores World Pastry Cup 2021 held in Rimini, Italy.

Each team should consist of 3 professionals made up of 1 Team Manager and 2 team members aged under 21 as at 31 December 2019, representing the same nation or territory with expertise in pastry.

The theme of this year is “Magic”. Each team is required to display a grand pastry buffet including chocolate bonbons, fruit and custard cream based dessert, 3 sorts of small cakes and an artistic showpiece within 8 hours.
